Deez Design Terms & Agreement

Thank you for your interest in my custom tumblers!

 

A few things I'd like to go over prior to taking any payments. 

Turn around times vary from 1-4 weeks depending on how many orders I currently have, if I have your cup in stock, the design you choose and the fact that epoxy is very unforgiving and any flaw could result in me starting completely over from scratch (this doesn’t happen a lot but does happen) I will try to give you a better turn around time when you order. 

 

Due to the nature of epoxy these cups need to be handled with care. Although epoxy is very durable, if you drop, slam down, or are too rough with your cup you can lift the seal, or crack the epoxy. 

 

I do not start your cup until you have paid in full. I don’t always have every size in stock so I require payment up front to order you the correct size. 99% of my orders are completely custom which makes them hard to resell if you decided you no longer wanted your cup - this is why I require full payment up front. I prefer electronic payment through Venmo. Facebook pay, Cash app or Zelle. If these are not a payment option for you, we can discuss other options. 

 

I do not allow any returns, exchanges or refunds. Since these cups are 100% custom I don’t take returns. When working with me, I want to make sure you’re 100% happy with your cup which is why during the entire process you will be involved. I will send you photos of color choices, font choices etc unless it is a remake of a cup previously made that I am 100% remaking. 

 

Unless previously discussed for a holiday or event - I do not agree to any set deadline or date. I know it’s exciting and you want your cup quickly but unfortunately epoxy takes a decent amount of curing time for each layer (along with all the other processes it goes through) 

Keep in mind I am a one gal show. All cups are made by hand and I usually have 10-15, or more orders at once. 

 

I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages, or delayed shipping. I ship through USPS and depending on weather, time of year etc shipments can be delayed and I am not responsible for that. 

 

Due to the nature of epoxy - yellowing over time due to UV exposure can happen. I am not responsible for yellowing. 

 

If you are ordering any non glittered cups - disclaimer there may be a few tiny pieces of glitter in your cup. I try as hard as humanly possible to keep glitter away from any of my non glittered cups but it’s almost virtually impossible. I work with so much glitter in my work space that 90% of the time my non glittered cups end up with pieces of glitter. They are hardly noticeable but I just like to let you know this may happen. 

 

Since they are made by hand they are all 100% unique. There also may be minor imperfections. 

 

Please remember - do not soak, put in dishwasher or microwave, leave in extreme heat, leave in extreme cold, drop or slam your cup. Handle with care!
